Mike Noonan, Principal of Sanders Noonan co-founded JustListed.com.au in 2000 and by the time it was sold to Sensis (a subsidiary of Telstra) in 2004 had created Sydney's largest and fastest growing real estate portal.

In November 2006 Mike purchased the three Sanders Realty offices (Oatley, Mortdale, Lugarno) and with the existing sales staff took the business to a massive 62% growth in sales in the first year. ALL Sales People did personal bests with some more than doubling their previous personal best.

By the end of 2007 Mike had purchased another agency in Peakhurst and by the end of 2008 he had established an office in Beverly Hills and purchased an existing office in Riverwood, bringing the total to six.
